PROGRAM INFORMATION
PURPOSE
The Coleman Custom Partner Referral Program exists to strengthen the network of collaborators who help shape our work. It is designed to honor the architects, interior designers, real estate professionals, and industry partners who expand our ecosystem and connect us with clients who value thoughtful, innovative, and one-of-one construction.
ELIGIBILITY
Architects, interior designers, real estate professionals, and select industry partners invited to participate in this program.
REWARD
Partners receive a 1% referral fee, calculated on the contracted construction value of any new project that results directly from their introduction. The referral fee is issued upon contract execution and serves as our acknowledgment of the expertise, trust, and collaboration that drive our shared success.
HOW TO SUBMIT A REFERRAL
INTRODUCTION
Introduce a potential client to Coleman Custom Builders by email, phone, or a joint meeting.
CONFIRMATION
If the referred client enters into a construction agreement with Coleman Custom, the referral is formally acknowledged and recorded via emailed receipt. We ensure full transparency and timely confirmation once the contract is executed.
REWARD
You will receive a 1% referral fee based on the contracted construction value of any new project that results directly from your introduction.
GUIDELINES
To ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency across all partnerships, the following guidelines apply:
Referrals must be submitted at the time of introduction, establishing a clear and traceable connection between the partner and the prospective client.
Referred clients must be new to Coleman Custom, with no prior inquiry, engagement, or active conversation underway.
Referral rewards apply only to signed construction agreements, ensuring that compensation reflects confirmed and contracted work.
Only one referrer may be associated with a given client, unless multiple referrers are pre-approved in writing prior to the introduction.
Referral fees are issued directly to the referring partner upon contract activation.
