PRESIDENT
A lifelong builder, Tim began building and remodeling homes at the age of 14. Tim’s extensive building experience, coupled with training in multiple engineering disciplines and project/program management, offers innovative solutions to the building industry’s most complex projects. Tim’s construction and design experience spans custom homes, military bases, and power systems infrastructure.
Tim studied engineering and mathematics at the University of Maryland. In his off hours, Tim enjoys rock and ice climbing, mountaineering, snowboarding, kayaking, and running.
KIM MALIN
CONTROLLER + ACCOUNTANT
Kim has more than two decades of experience in construction accounting, financial controls, development, and general contracting in the Vail Valley.
After hours, she enjoys “trail time” by foot or on wheels with her family.
ALEX COLEMAN
FOUNDER
Alex founded Coleman Custom Homes in 2017 and has 28 years of custom residential building experience in the Vail Valley. Alex has built some of the most innovative and complex homes in the Vail Valley, merging creative problem-solving and innovative design to bring architectural wonders to life.
Alex double majored in political science and economics at Colorado State University. Recreationally, he loves to take advantage of all Vail has to offer and is an avid skier and mountain biker.
